14-Day Returns Policy

At Quay Rackets, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Clothing

  • Clothing must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with any tags still attached.

Sports Equipment

  • Sports equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and not customised, altered or modified in any way.

Important Return Exclusions
You will lose your right to return any racket or sports equipment that has been:

  • restringed
  • customised
  • altered in any way
  • used or damaged after delivery

Once a racket or item has been personalised or modified, it can no longer be returned.

Return Costs
Unless an item is faulty or sent in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the details below. Once your return has been approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Additional Information

  • Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
